Don't Be a Victim in Sale! Be a Victor!

I had the pleasure of reading Victim or Victor for Sales and found it to be a very useful and inspiring self-help book for all salespeople to read. If you sell something, anything, you need this reference in your library! And don't just have it there, read it!

No matter what your profession, but especially in sales, negative influences can destroy your very reason for pursuing anything. And in sales, your motivational drive must keep you pushing toward your goals. The people who mean the most are the ones who throw most of those negatives, not to intentionally hurt you, but to protect you. And with the amount of failures compounding on top of that, your self esteme can take a critical hit. You really need to control how those negatives affect you overall.

The interactive approach Jan uses in Victim or Victor for $ale$ forces you to extract your feelings so you can move beyond them. You cannot see your victim attributes if you don't write them down and understand why they are keeping your from being a victor.

The analogies throughout this book are on point and really get you thinking about the "why". Why you are failing at selling. And then turn that knowledge into a victory.

Victim or Victor for Sales People: You Always Have a Choice! is about showing you how to overcome the victim attributes that are causing you to fail. Through choice you can become victorious in sales.
